Our work

Four engagements, with published fees

We would rather publish our prices than let you discover them. These are the fees we actually charge.

Arrange a meeting

In detail

Fees are shown excluding VAT and cover the whole of the engagement described.

Wealth review

£2,200 + VAT

The compulsory starting point. We reconstruct your actual position: what you hold, in what form, with what tax on exit and what protection on death.

  • Document gathering and a two-hour interview
  • Written report of 25 to 40 pages
  • A ninety-minute presentation meeting

Succession planning

£5,500 to £16,000 + VAT

The range reflects the number of children, whether a business is involved and any existing structures. We price the work after the review, never before.

  • At least three costed scenarios
  • Drafting instructions to your solicitor
  • We attend the meetings with them

Sale of a business

on request

A fixed fee, between 0.3% and 0.8% of the sale price depending on complexity. We always refuse any fee linked to the reinvestment.

  • Engaged 12 to 24 months before the sale
  • Relief and structuring analysis
  • Reinvestment monitored for five years

Annual review

£1,600 + VAT per year

For clients who have had a review. One annual look at the strategy, at tax legislation and at what has changed for you.

  • No minimum term
  • Cancellable in writing at any time
  • Included in the first year after succession work

Frequently asked

Do you receive commission on products?
None at all. We are paid only by our clients. Where an investment is taken out on our recommendation, we ask the provider to rebate any commission as a reduction in charges.
Do you manage my money?
No. We hold no discretionary mandate and no access to your accounts. We advise, you decide, and your institutions execute.
What size of estate makes you worth using?
There is no threshold, but below about £500,000 excluding your home, a £2,200 review rarely pays for itself. We will tell you so at the first meeting.
Do you work with my solicitor and accountant?
Always. We draft no deeds and keep no books: our role is to prepare the decisions they will implement.
What if you find nothing to improve?
We tell you, and we still charge for the review that established it. That happened eleven times in 2025 out of fifty-three engagements.
