How we work

We get involved before transactions — a company sale, a gift, a property purchase — rather than after them, once the room for manoeuvre has gone.

Our independence is a matter of method, not a sales line: we are paid in fees, which leaves us free to recommend doing nothing when that is the right answer. It happened eleven times in 2025.

Our work

Every relationship starts with a full review. Nothing is decided before it.

Wealth review

£2,200 + VAT

A costed picture: assets, liabilities, tax exposure, ownership structures, and provision for a spouse and children. Written report within three weeks.

  • Written report of 25 to 40 pages
  • Two meetings included
  • Usable as a working document by your other advisers

Succession planning

from £5,500 + VAT

Gifts, trusts, business relief, family holding structures. We coordinate your solicitor and accountant rather than replacing them.

  • At least three costed scenarios
  • A five to fifteen year timetable
  • Coordination of your other advisers included

Sale of a business

on request

Structuring ahead of the sale and reinvestment of proceeds. Carried out alongside your solicitors, never instead of them.

  • Engaged 12 to 24 months before the sale
  • Business asset disposal relief planning
  • Reinvestment monitored for five years

£1,600 + VAT per year

One review a year of the agreed strategy, of tax changes and of what has changed in your life. No minimum term.

  • Personalised tax monitoring
  • Cancellable at any time
