We invoice after each session. Most health insurers recognise the practice — check your policy for the excess and the number of sessions authorised.

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation

£52 · initial assessment £70

After a fracture, a hip or knee replacement, a ligament reconstruction, or for sprains and tendon problems.

  • 45-minute initial assessment, with a letter to your GP
  • Individual 30-minute sessions
  • Written home exercise programme

Respiratory physiotherapy

£52 · initial assessment £70

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, and recovery after a hospital admission.

  • Airway clearance techniques taught for use at home
  • Exercise tolerance measured and tracked
  • Joint working with your respiratory team where one is involved

Women's health

£58 · initial assessment £76

Post-natal recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, stress incontinence and recovery after pelvic surgery.

  • Always with a female practitioner, in a closed room
  • No one else present unless you ask for it
  • Chaperone available on request at any appointment

Spinal rehabilitation

£52 · initial assessment £70

Persistent low back and neck pain, and recovery after disc surgery, operated or not.

  • Exercise programme to continue between sessions
  • Workstation advice where the cause is occupational
  • Reassessment every ten sessions

What we do not offer

No osteopathy, no sports massage, no personal training. We are asked for all three regularly, and we would rather refer you on than take the booking.

We do not issue fit notes or medical certificates. Those are a matter for your GP.
