Before you come

Can I come without seeing my GP first?
Yes, for most musculoskeletal problems. We will tell you at the assessment if something needs a doctor's opinion before we go further, and we will write to your GP with your consent.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the condition and how long it has been there. We give an estimate at the end of the initial assessment and review it every ten sessions. We will not commit to a number before examining you.
Do you deal with insurers?
Most recognise the practice and we can invoice them directly once you have an authorisation code. Check your excess and the number of sessions approved before the first appointment.
Do you see children?
Yes, from respiratory physiotherapy in young children to rehabilitation after a fracture in teenagers. A parent stays in the room throughout for anyone under sixteen.
Do you visit at home?
Only where travelling is genuinely not possible. Home slots are few, so ask when you first ring rather than later.
Can I choose my practitioner?
Yes, subject to their availability and speciality. Women's health is seen by Claire Vasseur, respiratory work by Awa Diallo.
Will you write to my GP?
With your consent, yes: after the initial assessment and at each review. You can ask for a copy at any time.
